FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & MANAGING BROKER
Since entering Oklahoma’s Commercial Real Estate industry some four decades ago while still attending college, George quickly elevated to the top of his contemporaries and became one of Oklahoma City’s most notable and prominent Commercial Real Estate Brokers and Property Managers.
As a testament to that rise in prominence, after only five years working for other firms, George formed Tricor Property Management, Inc.; which later transitioned into InterWest Realty in order to better accommodate and serve the growing brokerage side of the company’s business portfolio.
Simultaneous to the growth of InterWest in Oklahoma; George obtained his California Brokers License in 1987 and successfully diversified to develop and broker multiple property developments in Northern San Diego County – capitalizing upon the rapid growth within that marketplace during a downturn in Oklahoma.
Since then, his team has transacted hundreds of millions in commercial sales, leasing, development, and construction – representing many millions in cumulative square footage of most classes of income producing assets, including but not limited to, office, industrial, retail and multi-family asset types.
George’s unparalleled market savvy, impeccable ethical standards, and relentless hands on service orientation to his customers, have been the cornerstones behind his loyal and diverse client base; including numerous large corporations, small businesses, and individual investors.
To this day, George holds dearly to his core beliefs that a live person should always answer his company’s phones and that he himself will be available to his clients around the clock by cell phone. Most customers find George’s insistence on upholding these credos to be a breath of fresh air in a world now dominated by phone trees and automated assistants. Such is a testament to the high priority George places on providing hands on service to all of his customers alike – big or small.
George is also a highly sought after and respected expert consultant for a variety of Commercial Real Estate investment ventures. His motto is “Broker first” to his many clients. An entrepreneur in his own right, he has amassed a large portfolio of Office and Industrial Properties. His day to day experience of wearing the owner’s hat himself has proven to be an invaluable source of insight and guidance to his many clients.
George proudly served in the United States Air Force beginning in 1968 prior to attending college. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Brad W. Huffman
SENIOR SALES ADVISOR
Brad Huffman is a Senior Sales Advisor with InterWest Realty. Specializing in income producing assets, Brad brings thirteen years of focused experience in brokering, managing, and consultancy of apartment complexes, vehicle-related facilities, retail space, office space, and commercial land assets.
Prior to joining InterWest Realty, Brad was an Executive Buyer for Western Scientific, a technology infrastructure company based in San Diego, California overseeing all purchasing, price negotiations, and budgeting for their multi-million dollar portfolio of institutional storage facilities.
Brad is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA), Oklahoma City Metro Association of Realtors (OKCMAR), and the Commercial Real Estate Council (CREC). For the last five years he has instructed and served as a guest lecturer for the Art of Real Estate (AORE) on various subjects related to Commercial Real Estate, with an emphasis on asset management and acquisition.
Brad proudly served his country honorably as a United States Marine and attended San Diego State University where he studied Project Management.

Since joining InterWest Realty in 2003, Robert has consistently ranked among Oklahoma City’s top producing commercial sale associates in both volume and number of deals listed and closed. Through January of 2019 Robert has closed 491 properties representing 4.1 million square feet valued more than $147,000,000.00. He has also represented and sold over 10,000 acres of land throughout the State of Oklahoma and remains heavily relied upon by builders, developers, and investment prospectors alike for his regional investment insights as related to undeveloped land assets.
In 91% of his transactions he represented both sides of the sales transaction, a testament to his core belief that the work only begins upon execution of the listing, whereby he follows up with tenacious marketing to a host of existing buyers, contacts and generated prospects.
His attentiveness to detail and breadth of his unique sales marketing style, coupled with his proficiency of serving both sides of his many transactions has enabled him to develop an impeccable service standard greatly appreciated by his many clients.
Christopher Cook is a sales advisor with InterWest Realty. With a strong family background in successful commercial real estate acquisition, sales, and leasing, Christopher brings with him many years of valuable firsthand experience.
Prior to joining InterWest Realty, Christopher owned and operated several commercial real estate properties in which he oversaw the multimillion dollar construction and renovations of income producing businesses, including car washes and retail spaces. With this background, he has an intimate understanding of the needs of both small business owners and entrepreneurs. He now brings this same tenacity and drive to InterWest Realty.
Christopher has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arkansas, with minors in marketing and psychology. He has also obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Oklahoma City University.
INVESTOR RELATIONS & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Lynn acts in a consulting capacity to serve as the corporate Director of Business Development and Investor Relations at InterWest Realty. Her role has been instrumental with matching InterWest client and investor needs to real estate asset classes that best fit their business needs, investment requirements, and overall risk tolerances.
A seasoned and successful entrepreneur and executive in her own right having partial ownership in several law firms in recent years, Lynn is astutely aware of and well versed in understanding the challenges harbored by small and large enterprises alike as related to many facets of business that assist prospects with their estate selection and investment.
She has also through her development and operational oversight overseen and led numerous facility acquisitions and design projects for the various clients she represented.
